What is Cedarwood organic essential oil like?

Cedarwood Organic Essential Oil from Lilly's Essentials range is a natural oil extracted from wood by steam distillation. It is an organic product derived from plants grown in the pure regions of Morocco. The Atlas Cedar (bot. Cedrus Atlantica) plants, from the fruit of which Cedarwood Organic Essential Oil was distilled, have not been in contact with pesticides or other chemical pesticides. They were cultivated in biologically pure areas, which allowed the highest quality of the product to be obtained.

The product is certified with the prestigious COSMOS certification^® dedicated to organic raw materials and cosmetic products.

What properties does Cedarwood organic essential oil have?

Cedarwood organic essential oil extracted from ATLAS cedarwood can have a health-promoting effect by showing antiseptic, tonic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.

Used for aromatherapy:

• in support of the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections
• calms and relieves anxiety and depression

Applied to the skin:

• as an aid in the treatment of obesity for baths
• bladder infections (diuretic)
• for skin problems such as acne, burns, alopecia, seborrhoea, inflammation, dandruff

• relaxing effect, helping with nervous system tension of various causes, also for baths

How to use Cedarwood organic essential oil?

Aromatherapy can be carried out in several ways:
By adding a few drops of oil to a container filled with water. Use with:

However, always remember to perform an allergy test. Cedarwood essential oil can also be used when diluted in a carrier base oil. In the case of this oil, due to its strong effect, it is recommended to use a maximum of 2 drops per treatment and to consult an aromatherapist before use.

How is Cedarwood organic essential oil packaged?

Cedarwood Organic Essential Oil is packaged in a dark glass bottle with a glass pipette for easy dosing of the product. The dark glass protects the oil from light. The larger bottle allows the oil to 'breathe' which is very important for natural essential oils. Cedarwood organic essential oil is sold undiluted.

There is 20ml of oil in the bottle. This is a larger capacity compared to other products on the market. It is 100% organic essential oil, undiluted with any substances.

The bottle has a thread suitable for direct connection to the essential oil nebuliser available in our shop.
When you buy at least 3 essential oils of your choice, we will pack them in a cotton bag in which they can be stored.
