Delivery and shipping time

We have most of our products in stock, so we can ensure dispatch within 24 - 48h. Occasionally, when you need something unique, due to the handmade process, the delivery time may extend to 5 - 7 days. 

We send our products by DHL, InPost, GLS,UPS, DPD and FedEx courier. Delivery to an InPost parcel machine and postal delivery is also possible.

We are an online shop and do not have a stationary shop. However, in exceptional cases it is possible to collect in person. In that case, please contact us in advance and arrange the details.

Courier -15,00 PLN, 3,45 EURO,4,05 USD; orders over 150 PLN- free delivery. *

Delivery costs (outside Poland)- Europe - the Continent and the United Kingdom

Courier - 130 PLN, 30 EURO, 4.05 USD orders over 150 pln/ free delivery. *

Parcel Post Inpost: 15,00 pln or 3.45 EURO, 19.50USD orders over 150 EURO/ free delivery (only countries with parcel service InPost). *

NOTE: UK additional charges such as customs and duties may apply.

Courier -130.60 PLN, 29.90 EURO, 35.42 USD orders over 300 EURO/ free delivery. *

Payment methods:

We recommend online payment via PayPal, which allows payment by bank card and bank transfer via Przelewy24.pl.

In the case of personal collection, cash payment is available. 

If you choose to make a traditional bank transfer, please pay directly into your bank account. Please use your order number as the title of your payment. Your order will be processed once the payment has been credited to our account.
