Returns (withdrawal)

As a consumer or a trader with consumer rights, you can withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without stating a reason. 

Withdrawal must be made in writing by sending us a form by e-mail or post. You can also enclose it with the product. Please enclose a copy of your proof of purchase.

Remember that you have to withdraw within 14 days. You then have 14 days to send the product.

The product must not bear any signs of use. Shipping must be done at your own expense. Remember to pack the product securely.

Once the parcel has been checked, you will receive a refund to the bank account provided.

Custom-made products cannot be returned.

Complaints

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products - please contact us - we will try to resolve the matter to your complete satisfaction!

If you have a problem with our products, you always have a right of complaint - for consumers this is 1 year under guarantee and 1 year under warranty from the date of purchase of the goods.

To make a claim, fill in the claim form and send it to us by e-mail or post. Remember to enclose a copy of your proof of purchase. If the product has suffered mechanical damage, please also enclose photos. 

If you have to send the goods back, we will inform you and ask you to send them back.
