What is the essential oil

Lilly's Essentials Organic Orange essential oil is a natural oil extracted from fruit peels by cold-pressing. It is an organic product from plants grown in the pure regions of the Brazilian archipelago. The bitter orange plants (bot. Citrus Aurantium Dulcis), from which Organic Orange essential oil was pressed, were not in contact with pesticides or other chemical pesticides. They were cultivated in biologically pure areas, which allowed the highest quality of the product to be obtained.

The product is certified with the prestigious COSMOS certification^® dedicated to organic raw materials and cosmetic products.

What properties does Organic Orange essential oil have? 

Organic Orange essential oil extracted from the fruit of the bitter orange tree can have a health-promoting effect by exhibiting antiseptic, antispasmodic, windbreaker, tonic, stimulant and perfume effects.

Used for aromatherapy:

• tonic effect - used for depression, nervous tension, insomnia and anxiety
• imparts a beautiful fragrance to the room
• helps combat denial and avoidance
• used in support of addiction treatment

Applied to the skin:

• for massage for depressive conditions, anxiety and psychological distress
• in massages and baths it has an antispasmodic effect and reduces muscle tension (warning: phototoxic !!!)
• used in the bath helps with skin discolouration and skin infections

IFRA- restrictions for use in preparations that remain on the skin due to phototoxicity.

How to use Organic Orange essential oil?

Aromatherapy can be carried out in several ways: 

By adding a few drops of oil to a container filled with water. Use with:

Plugging the bottle of Organic Orange essential oil into the corresponding thread of the essential oil nebuliser:

You can also enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy using oils on the skin.  However, always remember to perform an allergy test. You should dilute Orange essential oil in the base carrier oil in a 50:50 ratio.

Caution!!! Do not use in preparations that remain on skin exposed to the sun or UV radiation due to strong phototoxicity.

How is Organic Orange essential oil packaged?

Organic Orange essential oil is packaged in a dark glass bottle with a glass pipette for easy dosing of the product. The dark glass protects the oil from light. The larger bottle allows the oil to 'breathe' which is very important for natural essential oils. Organic Orange essential oil is sold undiluted.

There is 20ml of oil in the bottle. This is a larger capacity compared to other products on the market. It is 100% organic essential oil, undiluted with any substances.

The bottle has a thread suitable for direct connection to the essential oil nebuliser available in our shop.

When you buy at least 3 essential oils of your choice, we will pack them in a cotton bag in which they can be stored.
