SDS- Safety Data Sheet

The service of creating a data sheet for candles and other fragrance products is offered for candles, fragrance diffusers and cosmetics based on fragrance oils and other products for the production of candles, soaps, cosmetics and other fragranced products.

Under product options, select:

• Safety Data Sheet for candles or other products created from fragrance oils waxes etc. purchased in our shop.
• Safety Data Sheet for a product created with raw materials from other vendors
• SDS Card update (service previously provided by Lilly's Stories

It is important to note that it is the responsibility of every retailer who creates scented candles and other fragranced products to have safety documents, i.e. a Product Safety Data Sheet and labels indicating the composition of the products, the UFI number for each product, etc.

They are subject to control by the relevant authorities. Any customer, even a retail customer, can request the Safety Data Sheet for scented candles, Safety Data Sheet for fireplace wax, scented diffuser (so-called fragrance sticks) and other scented products from the retailer.

Our service includes a full suite of product documents:

• SDS data sheets in pdf format with customer logo,
• assigning a UFI code to the customer's products.
• notification of the recipe to the PCN (Poison Center Notification) if the client's recipe calculation requires it under European Union law.

How to create SDS Safety Data Sheet for a scented candle

Important information

• When you buy 1 product Safety Data Sheet SDS-service you buy 1 Safety Data Sheet for one product.
• It is important that the products for which the SDS-service is ordered are tested. Any changes after the service has been performed will be charged extra.
• The product Safety Data Sheet SDS-service is a custom-made product and is NOT subject to the right of return therefore pWe ask you to buy with care.
• The execution time of the service is 7 working days. However, we make every effort to keep this time shorter.

Dear Customer

If your recipe contains other products in addition to those available in our shop before purchase SDS- service phe SDS service is available by e-mail.

Please attach the SDS Safety Data Sheet of the additional product received from the manufacturer. After reviewing this Sheet, we will reply back to you as to whether we are able to perform this service for you or identify other options. Analysis of the documents may take approximately three working days.
