• Do not use in the microwave, oven or direct heat. Wood is a flammable material and can be damaged or ignited at high temperatures. The ceramic coating can also crack.
• Avoid sudden changes in temperature. They can cause cracks in wood or ceramics.
• Hand washing. Wash the plate/pot by hand only, using warm water and a mild detergent. Do not soak the product for long periods of time.
• Do not wash in the dishwasher. Intense dishwasher operation and high temperatures can damage the wood and ceramic coating.
• Dry thoroughly. After washing, dry the product immediately to prevent deformation of the wood and moisture build-up.
• Avoid contact with sharp instruments. Using knives or other sharp objects directly on the ceramic coating can scratch or damage it.
• Storage. Store the product in a dry place, away from temperature extremes and direct sunlight to prevent fading of the wood.
